During this tenure of his career, Mohan has worked with worlds best pharmaceuticals and biotech companies like AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Genzyme, Sanofi Biosurgery, Allergan (now Abbvie), and L G Life Sciences.

While managing businesses in these international companies, Mohan has acquired an expertise in fields of Respiratory Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, Neurology & interventional Neurology, Vascular Surgery, Rheumatology, Orthopaedic & Arthroscopic Surgeries etc.

Starting his career as a front line employee in 1996, Mohan has performed functions and managed teams at all levels till the position of National Business head for India for one of the MNC.
